Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to lead the Billing team in executing day-to-day activities efficiently. As a key member, you will be responsible for fostering an exceptional team environment and driving Billing operations towards achieving trade collections while supporting company growth and protecting shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the general accounting function ensuring accurate maintenance of ledger accounts and resultant financial statements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Supervise the general accounting staff to ensure seamless performance
Requirements:
  1. Proficient working knowledge of EDI, 3rd party portal applications, and Work Order processing
  2. Excellent proficiency in English language
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver results-oriented outcomes
  4. Proven leadership skills and professional demeanor

This position demands a strong analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in Billing operations and possess the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
