Operations Control Manager

The role of Operations Control Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the control environment that supports business operations.

This includes top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement policies and standards for operations functions.
  • Develop and implement enhanced controls to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight and review of operational errors in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Perform deep dives to determine root causes and initiate thematic reviews.
  • Closure of operational issues and action plans.
  • Health checks to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Support global control projects and programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience; financial services industry or background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
