Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Operations & Reconciliations:
    • Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Internal Controls & Audit:
    • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
    • Participate in external audits and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws.
    • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Implement new accounting software or upgrades.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis:
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights as requested by senior management.
    • Support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
