We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving business growth through the creation and management of relationships with internal stakeholders, process layout optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Support revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans;
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations for effective decision-making;
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations;
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success;
  • Extensive usage of HubSpot;
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
  • English proficiency;
  • Experience working in agile environments.
