Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Control Analyst to join our team. This key role will focus on driving and supporting financial business performance, risk management, and value creation within the Customer Solutions area.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Customer Solutions team to drive financial business performance, risk management, and value creation.
- Understand and map policies and procedures impacting Customer Solutions results and work on improvement initiatives.
- Perform an active role in supporting the Customer Solutions area in new business models.
- Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions.
- Provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision making.
- Perform closing activities connected to the Customer Solutions area.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
- Experience in Business Control and month closing activities.
- Good knowledge of the Office Package (mostly Excel) - Power BI and SAP are a plus.
- Fluent in English - Spanish is considered a plus.
