Job Description:

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be the strategic link between people and business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, you will ensure that People & Culture initiatives drive business success.

The role involves partnering with leaders, driving transformation, and shaping a culture where people perform at their best. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, and promoting Volvo's values and leading cultural transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will support compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities, ensuring compliance and communication of P&C policies, directives, and legislation, and using data and analytics to influence decisions and continuously improve people practices.

You will thrive in dynamic, complex environments, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and know how to inspire people to perform with passion and commitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
  • Proven solid experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
