About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Aligning P&C strategies and actions with business goals and translating them into impactful actions.
- Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Coaching and guiding managers to strengthen engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
- Acting as Engagement Ambassador and Change Manager in organizational initiatives and surveys.
- Promoting our values and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
- Supporting compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
- Ensuring compliance and communication of P&C policies, directives, and legislation.
- Using data and analytics to influence decisions and continuously improve people practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
- Proven solid experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
- Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS platforms is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
