Job Role Overview

This role is an on-site position in Curitiba, Brazil. You will partner with leaders to drive business transformation and shape a culture where people excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as an active member of management teams, providing strategic advice and solutions.
  • Aligning human capital strategies and actions with business objectives and translating them into impactful outcomes.
  • Leading talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Coaching and guiding managers to enhance engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
  • Acting as Engagement Ambassador and Change Manager in organizational initiatives and surveys.
  • Promoting organizational values and leading cultural transformation projects.
  • Supporting workforce planning, compensation, and organizational development activities.
  • Ensuring compliance and communication of human capital policies, directives, and legislation.
  • Using data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve people practices.
Requirements

You are an experienced HR professional who combines a strategic mindset with hands-on partnership. You thrive in dynamic environments, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and know how to inspire people to perform with passion and commitment.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced qualification valued).
  • Proven experience as an HR business partner in large organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in office software and HR database tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages valued.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
