We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an active member of management teams, providing expert HR advice and solutions.
  • Aligning P&C strategies and actions with business outcomes, translating them into impactful actions.
  • Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Coaching and guiding managers to strengthen engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
  • Acting as Engagement Ambassador and Change Manager in organizational initiatives and surveys.
  • Promoting company values and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
  • Ensuring compliance and communication of P&C policies, directives, and legislation.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
  • Proven solid experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms is considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
