Job Description:

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance by acting as a trusted advisor to leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring that People & Culture initiatives drive the company's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an active member of management teams and providing strategic HR advice and solutions.
  • Aligning P&C strategies and actions with business goals and translating them into impactful actions.
  • Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Coaching and guiding managers to strengthen engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
  • Acting as Engagement Ambassador and Change Manager in organizational initiatives and surveys.
  • Promoting the company's values and leading cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
  • Ensuring compliance and communication of P&C policies, directives, and legislation.
  • Using data and analytics to influence decisions and continuously improve people practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
  • Proven solid experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) is considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
