Business Consultant Trainee Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation design & storytelling: ability to structure compelling narratives and build visually engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of data ETL processes and data visualization using tools like Excel, KNIME, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent.
  • Data storytelling: ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex information through clear visualizations and structured narratives.
  • Demonstrated interest in management consulting, organizational development, human capital, digital transformation, business strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
