Server Job Opportunity

As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, offering recommendations that meet their tastes.
  • Take food and beverage orders, entering them accurately into the point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Perform side work as required, maintaining clean service areas and monitoring guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payment, and process credit card charges or make change.
  • Be ready to assist fellow servers and bus-persons with clearing and resetting tables.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with dining room and service procedures.
  • Must possess basic math skills, handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food, frequently weighing up to 20-25 pounds.
  • Will be required to work in a standing position for long periods, up to 5 hours.
  • TIPS or RAMP certification before first non-training shift.
