Your Key Responsibilities- Senior directors act as primary client contacts and translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
- They manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, serving as key liaisons between consulting team members, partners, and clients.
- Senior directors also mentor, inspire, and develop team staff, supporting business growth by working alongside partners on new opportunities.
- Our teams work on various client issues, including developing long-term strategies, evaluating acquisitions and divestitures, designing market entry road maps, and turning around underperforming institutions.
- A university degree with outstanding academic performance and an MBA with 7 to 8 years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking roles.
- Experience managing M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments.
- Sector expertise that aligns with at least two EY-Parthenon practice areas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop individual team members.
- Strong quantitative skills to supervise data analysis and generate insights.
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers.
- Proficient English language skills, including listening, understanding, reading, and communicating effectively.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
