As a professional in this role, you will support the sales team, manage client relationships, ensure efficient contract workflows, and support compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with deadlines in mind.
  • Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Provide support on general Brazilian corporate matters while liaising with global teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
