Logistics Payments Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment and Dispute Coordinator to join our team. As a Payment and Dispute Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing all payments to external delivery service providers (EDSPs), including payment disputes.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all partners have a seamless payment experience.
As a Payment and Dispute Coordinator, you will:
- Manage all payments to EDSPs and partner payment disputes
- Own last mile partners payment experience
- Own payment performance metrics
- Partner with procurement to adjust costs of nodes
- Actively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance throughout the global payment process standards
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, operations or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with P&L analysis
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English writing skills
Prior experience in logistics and transportation would be beneficial but not essential.
