Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of payroll processes, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees in Brazil with 100% accuracy and within specified deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific payroll laws, regulations, and tax systems
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and in-country experts during the payroll period
- Update and maintain country-specific research documents for future references

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or finance functions
- Thorough understanding of core competencies of the payroll process
- Experience in maintaining consistency in service delivery
- Any graduate degree (preferably B Com or B Sc)
- At least 60% score throughout high school and graduation
- Payroll related certifications are a plus
