dunnhumby employs nearly 2,500 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, working with iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble, and Metro.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee payroll operations for Brazil, with additional exposure to LATAM payroll processing for Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, and knowledge of US and Canada payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Brazilian payroll regulations and processes, along with experience managing payroll across multiple countries. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and maintaining employee data confidentiality.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive payroll processing and management experience, especially in Brazil.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  • Experience with LATAM payroll, particularly in Chile and Colombia, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems and North American payroll regulations is a plus.
  • Understanding of payroll processes, taxation, benefits, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency with payroll software such as Oracle, CloudPay, ADP, or similar platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish knowledge is advantageous.
