Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our analytics team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements.
Key Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for analytics solutions, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
The successful candidate will also conduct deep-dive analyses, support data governance, and facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is required, along with experience working with cloud platforms and data warehouses.
- A strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, and certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable.
