Senior Frontend Engineer - High Impact Project in Life Sciences Industry

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join a high-impact project in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated, intuitive interfaces that bring AI-powered applications to life solutions that support medical professionals in making critical decisions and improving patient care.

  • Architect, build, and maintain advanced front-end applications with React.js as the primary framework.
  • Design innovative human-AI collaborative interfaces that accelerate professional workflows.
  • Create intuitive, performant user interfaces that make complex AI capabilities accessible to life sciences professionals.
  • Own critical user-facing features end-to-end, from concept to production.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Optimize applications for high-performance data visualizations and AI-powered interactions.
  • Define and promote front-end best practices, coding standards, and reusable patterns.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and support production systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with React.js.
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Proven experience with front-end architecture and scalable design patterns.
  • A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while working independently when needed.
  • A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI components using React and other relevant technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to prioritize features and drive project success.
  • Contribute to the development of front-end architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve overall code quality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex issues, debugging code, and resolving technical problems.
