Internal Controls Strategist

Our organization requires a leader to spearhead the development and enhancement of internal control frameworks, with a strong emphasis on SAP audit environments.
This role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving internal controls; overseeing internal audits; ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements (SOX); collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement); supervising and mentoring internal controls analysts; and supporting external audits with accurate documentation and evidence.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in internal or external auditing management, preferably in multinational environments.
- Solid experience with SAP audit processes and tools is essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in the CPG industry.
- Knowledge of risk-based auditing methodologies and internal control evaluation techniques.
