Job Title: Project Budget Analyst

Centralized Monitoring involves managing the financial aspects of assigned projects. As a Project Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing contract and bidding assumptions, analyzing budget to actual data, and collaborating with the Centralized Monitoring manager to update resource forecasts and address any outstanding concerns.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform review of contract and bidding assumptions
  • Analyze budget to actual data on a monthly or other specified basis
  • Collaborate with CM manager to update resource forecasts and unit grids
  • Present and resolve pending issues with resource forecasts, unit grids, and contract modifications
  • Assist CM manager in identifying risks and defining reasons for unsupported hours
  • Attend financial strategy meetings as needed
  • Support preparing estimates for contract modifications

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications may include proven budgeting, forecasting, and resource leadership skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
