Overview:
This position will be responsible for forecasting, long term financial planning, operational and financial reporting, accounting and analysis for all levels of the organization
**Responsibilities**:
- Management and development of financial planning (BRGAAP and USGAAP, project management, business plan preparation, assistance in financial and operational projections areas).
- Monitoring of main financial performance indicators.
- Consolidation of company results and preparing presentations and reports to local and global boards.
- Monthly result monitoring and Real x Budget comparison, elaborated diagnosis, trend and action plans with the expense package managers.
- Project financial feasibility analyzes and studies related to revenue increases or expense reductions, identifying improvement initiatives through savings and expenses tracking.
- Financial and operational support to the boards of each cost center.
- Responsible for monthly management reports and forecast rates for local branches and headquarters.
- Interface with multiple areas (sales, marketing, operations, consortium) for short and long term planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree finance, business administration, engineering, or other related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related role, ideally in a global company
- Proactive and self-directed person, taking initiatives when necessary
- Excellent command of English
