We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team, responsible for managing our IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the success of our global organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert technical support and guidance to employees, resolving issues at the first point of contact and escalating complex problems to senior teams.
  2. Install, configure, and provision computer hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure seamless operation.
  3. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  4. Manage and maintain company IT assets, including inventory management and procurement.
  5. Administer corporate telecom/network systems, including topology, configuration, design, and security.
  6. Research and recommend cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance our environment.
  7. Collaborate on global IT and Security projects, driving innovation and improvement.
  8. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, VPN gateways, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  9. Procure and manage devices, including laptops and other IT assets.
  10. Handle IT asset allocations during employee onboarding and offboarding, both virtually and in-person.
  11. Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, email IDs, Office Automation, and Security tools.
  12. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and lead the IT helpdesk team to ensure prompt resolution of employee requests.
  13. Maintain, repair, and upgrade systems and processes, including hardware and software programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, network administration, and related technologies.
  3. Proficiency with firewalls, SDN, and network routing.
  4. Advanced knowledge of network technology and security principles.
  5. Expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and system provisioning in Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  6. Advanced knowledge in managing cloud IT services and security.
  7. Strong understanding of systems and networking, and the ability to effectively utilize computerized solutions.
  8. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  9. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration, system vulnerabilities, and security.
  10. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  12. Ability to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee IT issues.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional benefits and bonuses included.
