Job Title: Setup Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Setup Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the configuration of client databases within our systems to meet all business requirements.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, features, and usage.
  • Verify all necessary information and details have been obtained/extracted from the client via documentation or reporting.
  • Ensure all data is recorded, balanced, and reconciled to the clients' reports.
  • Maintain documentation of discrepancies, errors, changes, and communications that occurred during configuration.
  • Troubleshoot issues or concerns with configuration setup, communicating results as required.

Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing position; prior implementation, project management, or SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Prior Payroll, Time, local tax, HR, and/or Benefits experience preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data manipulation.
  • Sharp attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Possess strong organization and time management skills.

This role requires a high level of personal accountability and team engagement, with the ability to interface with multiple departments and work both independently and in a team environment.
