Principal Atividade
  • Projetar e implementar serviços backend (APIs, microsserviços, jobs assíncronos) usando Python.
  • Instrumentar eventos, métricas de performance e métricas de produto para garantir confiabilidade e direcionar decisões.
  • Colaborar com times de Produto e Negócios para alinhar requisitos, validar hipóteses e priorizar o roadmap.
  • Prototipar, experimentar e iterar usando feature flags, migrações zero-downtime e experimentos A/B.
  • Mantener a operação estável: observabilidade, deploy contínuo, SRE básico (SLIs/SLOs) e resolução de incidentes.
Requisitos Básicos
  • Domínio em engenharia de software backend (Python, design de APIs, bancos SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experiência com cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, mensageria e CI/CD.
  • Boas práticas de performance, segurança, observabilidade e escalabilidade.
  • Entender o impacto de cada feature em métricas de negócio e experiência do usuário.
  • Capacidade de formular e validar hipóteses via dados.
