About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve assigned cases from Salesforce and Slack
  • Supply help to other teammates
  • Report updates, problems, and outages to the next shift
Requirements
  • Advanced English reading and writing skills
  • Must have one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese
  • Great communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho-desk
  • 5+ years of experience in IT
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support
  • 3+ years of experience with REST APIs and Postman or similar testing/dev tools
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Nice to have knowledge of SQL queries
