Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treasury responsibilities, including liquidity management, bank reconciliation, accounting validation, fund management, investment control, cash flow analysis and reporting. The role requires handling liquidity management to properly allocate funds in compliance with central bank requirements.

  • Manage and control merchant operations by defining and understanding the operational flow of business-to-application service applications (BAAS) and provide merchant solid reports and liquidity management.
  • Reserve pilot for central bank accounts (payment institution, commercial credit monetary establishment, and settlement).
  • Bank statement acquisition.
  • Monthly closing reports of cash flow, accounting balances, bank accounts, and merchant accounts.
  • Cash flow building, analysis, and reporting with insights for business improvement.
  • Accounts receivable management and control to prevent default situations.
  • Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts for internal entities.
  • System configuration to manage infrastructure of internal products by creating internal accounts, canceling unused accounts, and defining operational flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Post-Graduate Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Proactive, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
  • Financial calculations, cash flow, logic, accounting booking knowledge, Brazilian financial system knowledge, and cash flow building.
  • Preferred industries experience: financial institutions regulated by central banks.
  • Fluency in English is required.
