Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer needs;
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues;
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or production preferred);
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.);
  • Experience with production and manufacturing lines (advantageous);
  • LEAN principles and tools (advantageous).
