Industrial Assembly Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Assembly Engineer to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing our assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Product Engineering, customers, and other sites to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing scripts to improve production efficiency.
  • Review and approve procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new assembly processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or production preferred).
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience with PFMEA, TOC, and root cause analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.).

Additional Skills:

  • Postgraduate or Master's degree (advantageous).
  • Experience with production and/or manufacturing lines (advantageous).
  • LEAN experience (advantageous).
