We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of business processes in our back office systems and trading tools.

In this role, you will work closely with the business to evolve our solutions, including enhancements requests management and prioritization. You will also ensure that support at level 1 and 2 is properly handled, and deliver level 3 support (enhancements and new country customization). Additionally, you will own overall incident management for your solution and engage in any implementation that touches your solution.

You will manage dependencies with other solutions, as needed, and stay in touch externally with the development of the solution. If any modification needs to be envisioned within our system, you will act accordingly. Your goal will be to continuously improve our processes and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • You will be the gatekeeper of the controlling solution and its interaction with finance and trading software ecosystem.
  • You will ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date.
  • You will participate in maintenance and enhancement of IT processes.
  • You will support the application by solving incidents and participating in problem resolution.
  • You will belong to our highest expertise team which proposes and provides information to support decision making concerning the solution and enhancements.
  • You will understand the business need and translate it into documentation and solutions.
  • You will manage business relationships to ensure smooth communication.
  • You will elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.
Experience and Skills
  • Mandatory experience in IT best practices.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP CO especially.
  • Bonus points for experience with interface implementation.
  • Bonus points for experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Mandatory experience in IT project.
  • Mandatory experience in financial controlling.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP.
  • Bonus points for international multi-cultural environment.
  • Bonus points for experience working in a large IT company, team-oriented & collaborative environment.
Additional Information
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
