Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Service Manager to oversee the management of our business services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming work order requests using our work order management system, ensuring all details are complete and accurate.
- Assign work orders to appropriate technicians, teams, or vendors, and update records upon completion.
- Generate reports on open, pending, and completed work orders for management review and analysis.
- Identify potential issues that may impact service delivery or operational efficiency, and escalate them promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize work order and business service processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials to support staff development, and monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business operations, service coordination, or work order processing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
