Purpose of the Job

As a highly motivated and dedicated Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring we meet production demands in our new facility, while delivering high-quality results and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the production functions of the operations unit
  • Translate production strategy into actionable plans and ensure successful implementation
  • Ensure adherence to required safety and quality benchmarks
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning of the operations unit
  • Ensure achievement of production targets
  • Enhance material flow, shopfloor management, and efficiency
  • Ensure effective integration and training of production employees
  • Demonstrate leadership, development, and coaching skills
Requirements
  • University degree in production engineering or a related technical field
  • Professional experience in various production functions, with cross-functional expertise
  • Previous leadership experience in operational units
  • Experience working with international teams on production matters
  • Able to negotiate and collaborate effectively
