Cyber Network Specialist

About the Role:

The Cyber Network Specialist will play a key role in our team's mission to deliver cutting-edge network automation solutions. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable network architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for network infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain interface agreements, data models, and integration workflows using YANG, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and Python.
  • Support sales processes by preparing technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, and configuring network automation solutions for customer demonstrations.
  • Participate in the development of service designs for SD-WAN and IP/MPLS/SR networks.
  • Work with solution architects to support pre-sales and delivery processes.
  • Verify, improve, and develop network automation solutions for packet networks, including IP/MPLS, FTTx, and Metro Ethernet.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality network automation products based on Gen AI and Agentic AI.
Requirements:
  • Cisco CCNP or Juniper JNCIP certification highly recommended.
  • Knowledge of internet access provisioning, ztp, B2B services configuration, and monitoring, as well as SD-WAN controller experience.
  • Service assurance and NOC/SOC process understanding from an OSS perspective.
  • Experience with YANG-based data modeling and NETCONF understanding.
  • Interest and experience in network automation languages and scripting to automate tasks.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional network equipment, NMS/EMS, and new containerized/virtualized network functions and automation approaches.
  • Practical understanding of basic and advanced networking concepts.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Availability to work from our office in Sao Paulo (hybrid mode).
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Maths, or a related field.
