Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and support services to customers
- Managing multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service
- Building strong professional relationships and empathizing with customers' needs
- Taking ownership of problems and finding creative solutions
A typical day at Regus includes:
- Arriving early to prepare the center for opening
- Assisting customers with WiFi codes, printing, invoices, and other requests
- Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and well-managed
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to plan events and promote our services
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, experience in customer-facing roles, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
