Job Title: Energy Efficiency Specialist

AVSI is seeking a skilled professional to supervise attendants, guide and monitor the team regarding commercial and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will plan and map community areas for improved door-to-door team results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising attendants' work
  • Guiding and monitoring the team regarding contractor's commercial and operational procedures
  • Planning and mapping community areas for improved door-to-door team results
  • Assisting in qualitative and quantitative surveys of equipment and lighting systems in consumer units
  • Validating and updating equipment surveys to facilitate replacements
  • Performing luminotechnical measurements
  • Assisting in scheduling energy efficiency actions with consumer units
  • Engaging with representatives of consumer units to present, initiate, and maintain energy efficiency activities
  • Coordinating the team of electricians in both the capital and interior regions
  • Checking and storing new lamps/equipment received
  • Counting and allocating old lamps/equipment for disposal
  • Inputting and processing survey data in spreadsheets
  • Managing logistics of new and used equipment
  • Coordinating with logistics partners for the disposal of old lamps/equipment
  • Monitoring on-site disposal of equipment/lamps by the contractor's partner
  • Tracking productivity indicators and preparing reports on replaced equipment per unit
  • Critically analyzing activity execution, identifying issues, and proposing process improvements
  • Requesting issuance of shipping invoices for disposals
  • Conducting training sessions for teams as needed
