In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to our valued clients. This includes effectively managing key accounts and regions, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and coordinating shipments of materials to meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless communication between departments
  • Work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, and technical support teams to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Engineering to ensure timely shipments and meet customer needs

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in direct customer-facing roles
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Portuguese fluency
  • A high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
