About the Customer Service Specialist PositionYou will be part of our primary contact with Pharma division customers, delivering excellence in customer experience through professional communication and trusted relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the focal point for our customers
- Receive and add purchase orders from customers to the system
- Monitor these orders closely
- Sending relevant documentation
- Communicate and negotiate with internal teams (sales, planning, export, finance and quality)
- Utilize Sales Force tool for communication and cases
- Customer service orientation
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with SAP is mandatory
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Knowledge of Spanish is desirable
- Experience with Sales Force is desirable
