Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional experiences through professional communication and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for customers
  • Receive purchase orders from customers and update our system accordingly.
  • Monitor orders closely and communicate with internal teams as needed.
  • Negotiate with internal teams, including sales, planning, export, finance, and quality teams (locally and internationally).
  • Utilize the Sales Force tool for effective communication and case management.
