Technical Solutions Expert
BotCity seeks a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and quality technical support. This role involves working with a talented team to drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using support ticketing systems.
- Own the solution to tickets, escalating complex issues as needed, and providing detailed information.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation for customers and internal team members.
- Build long-lasting relationships with developers and other technical users.
- Conduct user training sessions and webinars to enhance customer knowledge and product utilization.
- Provide feedback to improve company offerings and contribute to BotCity's strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience coding in Python, including RPA and Intelligent Automation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.
- Ability to travel as needed and communicate fluently in English.
