Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing global product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns.

  • Ensure consistent alignment of our brand promise and actual product and support performance.
  • Deliver technical support for powersports products with a consistent alignment of service levels.
  • Maintain and strengthen alignment for after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and be financially strong.
  • Support consumer product issues in ways that strengthen our network and brand image to sustain high success.
  • You will identify communication needs and resolve product-related problems to improve the future product.
  • Ensure communication with different stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Align warranty decisions and practices with company expectations in ways that contribute to its ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to dealers and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical background and experience with on-water products or other powersports products.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing internal processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong Portuguese language skills, English written and verbal; other languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with hiring, mentoring, and training.
  • Ability to connect the dots between product, dealer support, and customer experience.
