Lead Slickline Services Supervisor

At a leading energy services provider, we are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a crew in delivering slickline services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive relations at the well site.

The ideal candidate will have experience in slickline services, preferably as a supervisor or lead, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They should also have knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals. If you are a skilled leader with a passion for slickline services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew in providing slickline services, consulting with customers on products and services, and promoting good customer relations.
  • Review job designs, confirm equipment and processes, and ensure unit, WPCE, and downhole tools are ready and correct.
  • Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed and demonstrate knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities.
  • Properly maintain assigned equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and interact with third parties to assure proper coordination.
  • Train service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise, recognize sales opportunities, and communicate them to personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in slickline services, preferably as a supervisor or lead.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
