Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Consulting Veterinarian Supervisor to join our Veterinary Affairs Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in executing the integrated program to strengthen our engagement with the veterinary community. This role requires a strong understanding of the pet care industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Veterinary Affairs Team in executing the integrated program to strengthen engagement with the veterinary community.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying and engaging with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development to the team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the latest product information and effective presentation techniques.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, relaying important information and updates.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive products, providing insights to the team to enhance their presentations and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Master's degree, residency, or postgraduate studies within veterinary area.
  • Experience in the pet market.
  • Experience in leadership role.
  • English skills (intermediate).
  • Driver's license B.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google tools.
