As a Creative Lead, you will oversee a team of designers to deliver high-quality visual communications for clients. You will lead and mentor the team, track performance, and analyze information to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of designers to deliver design solutions for client teams and business partners.
- Track team performance, including adherence to Creative Services KPIs and service levels.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of your work and your team's work to support the team on prioritized tasks.
- Act as a lead on client experience projects and oversee the work of designers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Serve as a thought partner for client teams and business partners to transform insights into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Strong leadership and experience managing designers.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
