Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Creative Strategist.

As a key member of our creative services team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the creative direction of our campaigns, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, relevance, and impact.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, development, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing compelling creative briefs and presentations that effectively communicate campaign concepts and strategies to clients.
  • Leading ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborating with designers, writers, and other creatives to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist or Senior Planner at a reputable agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive results and growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
