The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative immersive and narrative-driven XR experiences, offering creative freedom and the chance to guide project direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture the product vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and keeping team efforts focused.
- Collaborate closely with core team members to develop their specific parts of the vision, tying together artistic and technical elements.
- Review priorities and scope of each project delivery and/or milestone, considering value proposition and goals, while championing unique product vision.
- Communicate the overall creative direction, inspiring the team through effective leadership.
- Ensure consistency and quality of the product, guaranteeing creative cohesion between user experience and company strategy.
- Experience as a creative leader in a high-quality professional entertainment product/property shipped or delivered in XR, Games, Movie, Television, Advertisement, or Comic Book industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and communicate both verbally and written.
- Fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of new trends in XR, gaming, and entertainment industries.
- Huge curiosity and openness to research and expand knowledge of virtual reality games, narratives, immersive art installations, etc.
