Senior Creative Designer

This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in leading the visual identity of a brand and driving high-impact projects. As a Sr. Creative Designer, you will play a key part in shaping our company's visual direction and mentoring designers to deliver top-quality creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-priority creative projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic creative initiatives that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the execution of brand campaigns, digital assets, product education materials, and sales enablement resources, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage priorities, allocate resources, and oversee workflows to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying creative and operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage complex creative initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders and ensuring project execution meets strategic objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and high-impact creative projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion design tools like After Effects.
  • Deep understanding of design's role in marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to integrate data insights into creative decision-making to improve engagement and campaign success.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design considerations.
  • Previous experience in a sales enablement or product marketing capacity.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
