We're seeking an innovative Creative Strategist to spearhead the development of high-performance ideas, concepts, and creative strategies for our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role serves as a bridge between our creative and media teams, ensuring seamless alignment between creative assets and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to write compelling scripts and creative concepts focused on conversion and engagement. Additionally, they should have experience with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, as well as familiarity with marketing automation tools and A/B testing frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for video and display ads with a focus on performance and conversion.
  • Write detailed creative briefs for design, copywriting, and video editing teams.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to align creative strategy with campaign targeting and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze creative performance, proposing data-driven optimizations.
  • Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creative strategy for paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (online casino or online sports betting).
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Ability to write scripts and creative concepts focused on conversion and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with UGC (User Generated Content) and influencer content.
