Retail Management Trainee

The goal of this entry-level position is to prepare future leaders for roles that drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service.
Job DescriptionThis role is designed for individuals who wish to develop their management skills in a dynamic retail environment. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively with store crews and management.
- Leadership: Develop leadership skills by supervising the store's crew, assigning tasks, directing activities, and communicating information to store management and crews.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and handling customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required. Experience in retail is preferred. Anticipated weekly hours are 20, and the employment type is part-time.
This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
