We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Direct and assign employees as needed to optimize food service operations
  • Monitor staff adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory management and administrative tasks
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Reinforce a customer-centric approach and ensure all staff are focused on serving the customer at all times
Requirements:
  • Able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with the food service industry or retail operations
  • Minimum six months restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry-level retail management experience required
  • Effective communication skills; basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Able to follow directions and work independently once given instructions
