Job Role

A Senior Partner Operations Analyst role is available to improve the quality and consistency of partner data. The ideal candidate will define and implement data management guidelines, lead data cleanup efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert for partner-related processes.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive partner data hygiene efforts, including regular audits, cleanup activities, and data integrity checks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to support visibility into partner program performance and key metrics.
  • Support the ongoing development and operationalization of the Partner Program by providing data insights and process improvements.
  • Define and document standards for partner data management and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Create, run, and maintain reports to support key initiatives, identifying trends and resolving data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related operational function.
  • Experience with Salesforce and navigating/managing CRM data.
  • Experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
  • Experience with SQL with the ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics projects, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and delivering actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working with generative AI tools (e.g., AskGPT, Gemini) for research, analytics, and documentation support.
